The use of Artificial Intelligence in the world of healthcare reveals great opportunities to benefit and improve patient’s care, reducing costs and improving global health. We can find many medical areas that are already getting the benefits of this new wave, however, others like hematology, infectious diseases, neglected tropical diseases, among others, still remain one step behind. SpotLab is fighting to bridge the gap.

We are a multidisciplinary orchestra with gender parity where developers, engineers, doctors, business managers, etc. with different professional backgrounds interact and complement each other.
We are looking for a specialist that helps us in our communications with sensitivity and a special touch for the intersection of the fields of global health, pharma industry, innovation and artificial intelligence.
The candidate will be responsible for:
Social Media Management: create and manage content on various social media platforms, interact with audiences, and monitor social media performance metrics.
Web Management: Develop relevant content, design and layout of the corporate website (Wordpress).
Content Creation: Develop engaging content for different channels, including the company's marketing materials, and newsletters, among others.
Communication Strategy: Develop and execute communication strategies that support the company's objectives.
Public Relations: Manage the public image of the company and manage national and international interaction with the media: interviews, press releases and special collaborations.
Internal Communication: Ensure that employees are informed about company events and policies.
Job requirements
Degree in Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, International development, or any degree in life sciences or stem disciplines with experience in communications. . Titles do not blind us, if you think you are the perfect match, keep applying.
Excellent writing skills, with the ability to adapt the message to different audiences.
At least 2 years of experience.
Advanced use of design programs (eg. Adobe suite, Canva) , applications for the design of social media creativities, , social media management tools and video editing.
Fluent Spanish and English
We value:
Previous experience includes roles in corporations, foundations, and non-profit organizations, with a focus on public health, global health, diagnostics, and the pharmaceutical sector.
Previous experience working in communication around technology, innovation and artificial intelligence.
Experience in organising communications campaigns, press conferences, events, crisis management.
